GMC members will be faithful disciples by serving the needy in our community and each other before self.
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.”
“The King will reply, I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me”.
(Matthew 25: 35-36, 40)
Aligned with CAC and GMC’s focus on "Evangelism", the COSC will provide opportunities for members to step out of their Christian faith by:
1.Assisting the poor and needy by providing financial support (i.e. giving to the poor and needy);
2.Caring for the needy in the areas of social welfare, education, job placement, counseling and visitation.
1. bursary presentation event to disburse MWS and GMC bursaries for up to 60 needy students from the community, subject to approved applications. (DEC 2016)
